What Free, Pro and Max each unlock, what a downgrade forfeits, and where to find the receipts your accountant needs.

Billing

MaShop has three plans. Free at 0 dollars, Pro at 20 dollars a month, Max at 100 dollars a month.

What each plan includes

The export row needs a word. It hands the current conversation to Claude Code as a session file, so you can carry on outside MaShop. It is not an archive of your project: your code already lives in your own GitHub repository, and you clone it from there.

Free is genuinely pay as you go. It grants no credits at signup and no monthly allotment. You buy what you use. What it cannot do is publish, which is the step that creates your database, your repository and your live sites.

Changing plan

Open account settings, go to Billing, then Change. Three cards appear side by side. Pick one and confirm.

Choosing Pro or Max opens the payment provider's page. The subscription becomes active only once the payment is confirmed. Closing that window without confirming buys nothing.

Moving from Max down to Pro takes effect at the next renewal, and MaShop says so before you confirm. Credits already spent are not refunded. Credits you bought separately are untouched.

Cancelling

Cancelling is scheduled, not immediate. Your subscription runs to the end of the current period and you keep using it until then. A red band appears on the Billing tab with a Resume subscription button, which cancels the cancellation at any time before the period ends.

When the subscription actually expires, the account returns to Free and the remaining plan credits are set to zero. Credits you bought separately stay in your wallet.

Payment method

The Update button opens the payment provider's payment methods page in a new tab. It requires an active subscription. Without one, MaShop asks you to subscribe first, and there is no way to store a card for top ups alone.

Invoices

The invoice list is rebuilt from MaShop's own records, and it shows at most 30 lines. Expect one line per paid top up, and one line per subscription covering its current period.

Monthly renewals do not appear as separate lines. A Pro subscriber of eight months sees one subscription line, not eight.

View opens your orders page at the payment provider in a new tab. That page is where the real receipts live, so pull your accounting copies from there rather than from this list.

Closing your account

There is no delete account button in these settings. To close an account, contact support. Ask about your remaining credits before you do, because a closure does not refund them.
