Share your referral link
Find your account’s referral link and check recorded rewards.
Use your own link
Open the referral panel and copy the signup link associated with your account. Send this link to the person you want to refer so they can use it when creating their account. A general link to the homepage does not carry your referral code.
Do not confuse a referral link with an invitation to edit a project. Referral signup creates an account; project collaboration requires its own invitation and access role.
Understand the reward
The current panel offers a credit reward for a referred account’s qualifying paid upgrade. A signup alone is not the paid-upgrade event. Read the displayed offer before sharing and check the referral history for the recorded signup, upgrade and awarded credits.
Referral rewards are MaShop credits, not a promise of cash income. The account’s credit history is the place to verify an actual balance change. Do not count a pending referral as an already awarded reward.
Check a missing reward
If an upgrade is recorded but the expected reward is missing, compare the referral entry and credit history before contacting support. Provide the relevant account reference and approximate date without sharing payment credentials.
An email or notification is a useful alert, but it does not replace the recorded reward. Offer terms and availability can change; use the current panel and account records rather than an old screenshot.
