Follow product updates

Check release information and confirm what is available in your workspace.

Read the changelog

Use the public changelog to review published product updates. The documentation’s release indicator is based on the latest published release information; it is not a live status check for every service or a guarantee that a task has succeeded.

A release date, an account’s model access and the status of a connected provider describe different things. Read the relevant guide and inspect your workspace before relying on a feature mentioned in an update.

Verify availability

For a coding capability, check the available modes and the current project connection. For an agent task, check its enabled tools, account access and permissions. A capability that requires a connected provider still needs that provider’s authorization after a product release.

Use a small task with a result you can verify. Check the preview for an application change or the execution history and destination service for an external action.

Report a discrepancy

If an announced feature behaves differently, note the page or release you read, the account context, the approximate time and the visible result. Include the specific steps needed to reproduce the issue.

Do not resend an uncertain external action merely to test whether it worked. Check its destination first. Never include API keys, authenticator codes or private customer records in an issue report.
