Troubleshoot an unfinished task

Find the actual state

Read the latest task response and execution status. Working, awaiting approval, missing access and failed are different situations. Look for the exact action or connection that stopped progress. An old message about a connection is not proof of its current state.

For an application or preview

1. Check whether the coding task finished and whether the repository change was saved.
2. Read the preview status and retry startup when it reports a temporary startup problem.
3. Check the remaining preview allowance and any reported GitHub or database access issue.
4. If the application loads but the page is blank, use Ask to investigate the relevant route and files, then Build to apply the correction.

For an agent or external tool

For support, provide the project, approximate time, task and visible error. Do not send passwords, API keys or complete private customer records. A useful report explains what you expected and what you actually observed.

1. Open the execution history and identify the last action.
2. Resolve a pending approval or confirmed missing connection.
3. Check whether the account can access the specific document or resource.
4. If an external action has an uncertain result, check the destination before retrying.
