Complete your first task
Pick a small, useful result and verify it before expanding the work.
Prepare a clear request
Sign in to the workspace and choose Code or Agents. Tell the assistant who the result is for, what it should do and what should stay unchanged. Include the language, any relevant files or links, and a concrete way to check success.
Try a Code task
Create a portfolio for a photographer. Use English, a warm white background and large photographs. Include a project gallery, an about page and a contact page. Start with the gallery and make it work on mobile.
- Open Code and choose Build when you want files to change.
- Connect GitHub when prompted so the project can use your repository.
- Wait for the response, open the preview and check the requested screen on desktop and mobile.
- Ask for a precise correction, such as increasing the gallery spacing, rather than restarting the whole project.
Try an Agents task
Research three booking tools for a small consultancy. Compare their public pricing and scheduling features, include source links and recommend which one to test. Do not create an account or purchase anything.
For public research, the assistant can use web search and read public pages. You can also attach supported documents directly to the project conversation without connecting an external service. To read private data in another account or act there, connect the relevant service first. When a permission card appears, read the action and its scope before approving.
Read the response before starting another task
A first task is complete when you can verify its requested result. If only part of the brief was delivered, describe the missing behavior and preserve the parts that work. You do not need to discard the whole project to make one correction.
- Check whether the assistant delivered the result, asked a question or stopped on a missing connection or approval.
- If a connection is requested, complete that connection for the intended account, then return to the same task.
- If credits are insufficient, inspect the work already available and decide whether to recharge before asking for the remaining steps.
- For an external action with an uncertain result, check its destination before repeating the instruction.
